NOTICE: Town Hall Meeting

The Ashcroft Neighborhood Association will have a Town Hall meeting at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, in the Ashcroft Clubhouse located at 495 Lego Drive, Charlottesville, VA 22911, and via Zoom virtual meeting platform to give the members of the Association the opportunity to discuss the following two proposals that will be voted upon at the Special Meeting that is scheduled for September 15, 2022:
The two proposals are:
- Whether to amend the Ashcroft Declarations, Covenants and Restrictions (the “Declarations”) to provide the Association with the power and authority to impose charges for violations of the Association and Architectural Review Committee rules and regulations to the extent permitted by the Virginia Code; and
- Whether to amend the Declarations to allow the prevailing party or parties in any legal or equitable proceeding for enforcement or to restrain a violation or breach of the Declaration or the rules and regulations of the Association to collect its reasonable attorney’s fees from the losing party or parties.
