This letter covers the official notice for a Special Meeting of the Membership of the Ashcroft Neighborhood Association.
This Special Meeting will be held at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, September 15, 2022, in the Ashcroft Clubhouse located at 495 Lego Drive, Charlottesville, VA 22911, and via Zoom virtual meeting platform, for the following purposes:
- To amend the Ashcroft Declarations, Covenants and Restrictions (the “Declaration”) to provide the Association with the power and authority to impose charges for violations of the Association and Architectural Review Committee rules and regulations to the extent permitted by the Virginia Code; and
- To amend the Declarations to allow the Association to allow the prevailing party or parties in any legal or equitable proceeding for enforcement or to restrain a violation or breach of the Declaration or the rules and regulations of the Association to collect its reasonable attorney’s fees from the losing party or parties.
