ANA Fitness Room and Clubhouse Reopening!

The ANA Board is pleased to share good news: the Ashcroft clubhouse and its restrooms and the newly renovated fitness room will reopen on Thursday, December 3, 2020.

To promote a safe and secure environment for those wishing to use the facilities, enhanced video surveillance and a key fob system have been implemented. The key fob system replaces nearly a dozen lock and key combinations implemented over the years in the facility. In addition, the key fobs will promote security of the clubhouse, pool and, eventually, the tennis court by electronically recording who accesses the facilities and when. Without the key fob, residents will not be able to access facilities.

Complimentary key fobs will be given to residents at the Ashcroft clubhouse on two upcoming dates: Tuesday, December 1, from 9 a.m. to noon and Wednesday, December 2, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. To obtain your key fob, please print out and sign the Assumption of Risk Form and the Agreement for Using Key Fobs form that will be posted on the Ashcroft website, https://ashcroftneighbor.com/ under RESOURCES.  Residents must bring the completed, signed, dated forms to the clubhouse to obtain key fobs.

One key fob will be given to each household. Replacement cost for a lost key fob will be $25. If needed, other dates for distributing key fobs will be added.

The fitness room will be open 24 hours a day. Due to COVID-19, reservations for accessing the room are limited to one household at a time, with no guests allowed. Households will be able to reserve hour-long slots by accessing an online reservation system that will go live on Wednesday, December 2. Information on how to access the reservation system will be emailed on Monday, November 30.
