Thank you for your pool party reservation.

PLEASE READ!!! If the number of your participants may exceed 20 people, you MUST, at least two (2) weeks before the event: Contact H2O Works, LLC (Kim Martin – 434-882-2069 or [email protected]) to allow her to try to secure an additional lifeguard;

  1. Pay the Lifeguard Fee of $100 (or $200 if the number of your guests may exceed 40 people) to H2O Works, LLC.
  2. Payment is due at least seven (7) days before the event.
  3. Payment should be made by check payable to H2O Works, LLC and delivered to the lifeguard(s) for delivery to Kim Martin.

Remember – It is your responsibility to arrange for and confirm the availability of the lifeguards and that Kim Martin has received your payment. If additional lifeguard(s) are required and cannot be arranged for the date of your party, you must find another date when lifeguards are available.
